Perez Hilton spotted Rob again for the third time. This time, he's boozing it up in Oxford according to PerezHilton.com. Well, guess hitting the pubs a lot in the UK is kind of normal for them, since RPattz has been spotted three times at different pubs. Pub hopping, eh?!
