New Moon Casting Complete, Paul Weitz to direct Eclipse?
According to Live-Pr.com, the casting director for New Moon, Joseph Middleton, has announced that "We are finished with the casting process". No details on the cast list has been released by Summit Entertainment. As for the rumors about Madonna, Vanessa Hudgens, AnnaLynne McCord, and Dakota Fanning joining the cast of "New Moon", there has been no official confirmation yet of any of them being hired.
And going to the director of Eclipse. It has been confirmed that Chris Weitz wont be directing Eclipse because he will still be in post production for New Moon while Eclipse starts shooting. However, the rumors that Drew Barrymore will be directing the third installment are false. Chris Weitz' brother and co-owner of "Depth of Field Productions", Paul Weitz will be directing Eclipse.
Eclipse will NOT be filmed back-to-back with New Moon, and there will be completely separate casting cycle. Details about future auditions and open casting calls for Eclipse can be found on the following auditions website: Acting 411

Drew Barrymore To Direct Third ‘Twilight’ Film, ‘Eclipse’?
Its been confirmed that Chris Weitz wont be directing the third installment of the Twilight saga due to time constraints. While Chris is doing post production for "New Moon", the third movie 'Eclipse' will start filming at the same time. Thus giving us more rumors about the new director.According to Entertainment Weekly, Summit Entertainment is currently talking to a couple of directors including Drew Barrymore.
"As Summit Entertainment looks to lock in a director for the third installment of the Twilight series, Eclipse, the company is talking to a select group of directors -- including actress-turned-helmer Drew Barrymore, EW has learned. While this news may come as a surprise to some, Barrymore did just finish work on her directorial debut, Whip It! starring Ellen Page. Neither Summit nor Barrymore's reps would comment for this story."

Hugh Jackman & Robert Pattinson: Karaoke Details!
According to JustJaredJr.com, at around 10PM on Wednesday (February 26), Rob joined Australia star Hugh Jackman, director Baz Luhrmann and producer John Palermo at a karaoke bar near their hotel, as first reported by E!.
A Tokyo journalist confirms to JustJared.com that the foursome (plus friends) sang for a few hours before Rob’s costars Kristen and Taylor joined in on the fun. Photographers caught them leaving bar around 3AM.

They became major stars overnight thanks to the overwhelming success of their movie “Twilight.” And earlier today (February 27) Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were spotted giving Japanese audiences a glimpse of their hit vampire flick.Greeted by a throng of eager fans, Robert, Kristen, and Taylor looked to be having a marvelous time as they arrived at the big premiere event in the capitol city of Tokyo.
Pattinson donned a hunky dark suit with striped tie, while Kristen looked positively gorgeous in a one-shoulder white dress, and Taylor donned a black suit/black shirt combo.

Looks like Rob is really part of the A-list club. he was spotted in Japan hanging out with Hugh Jackman having a karaoke night in Tokyo.According to E! online's Marc Malkin, Pattinson and Jackman engaged in some karaoke crooning together this week at a bar in Tokyo. Says a source, "They went after doing press for their films."
Rob is in Japan for the premiere of Twilight this Friday (February 27) while Hug Jackman is there to promote his film Australia with Nicole Kidman.

The Reason behind Kristen Stewart's Twilight bashing
Leslie Gornstein of E! Online has an article about Kristen Stewart bashing on Twilight. She explained that there are multiple reasons behind it and mostly because of politics and more money. Read the article below:All of them are still being pelted with money, thanks. And the main reason is that in Hollywood, what sounds like a complaint is actually a secret code that means something completely different.
So what's the message?
How about "I want more money," or "I want out of my contract," or "Hey, casting directors, I'm not just a pretty ass, I'm, like, a serious actress, so go ahead and consider me for that role as a peasant girl suffering from rickets"?
As for exactly what Stewart said, she told Nylon, ""Anywhere we'd go for Twilight was a psychotic situation. The sound was deafening, and it's thoughtless, as well…You get a slew of all these bullshit questions like, 'What's it like to kiss a vampire?' and 'How much do you love Robert?' Then you'll get one that's actually real, but you're like, 'No, I can't right now, I can't even consider [it]."
Sure, casting director Bonnie Gillespie tells me, some studio publicist may give the whining actress a "hand-slapping" after seeing a quote like that, but most Hollywood players know that when the talent complains, it's really more about business. And more often than not, the producers hear the call and give the actors something, like, say, dollars, to shut them up. And then everyone goes back to their emerald palaces or wherever it is that they live.
In fact, it's not impossible that an actress' complaints come at the prodding of some personal publicist eager to reposition a client.
"It wouldn't surprise me if a publicist were saying, ‘It might be wise to drop a subtle complaint'," says Gillespie, who runs the casting and production company Cricket Feet.
And those complaints? They work. Thanks to her complaints—plus a nearly-nude shoot at age 17 in Gear magazine—Biel got out of her contract with 7th Heaven.
"It's never that an actor actually has a complaint about a project they're working on," Gillespie insists. "It has everything to do with politics." Click here to read the whole article.

In a recent interview of Kristen Stewart with Nylon Magazine, Kristen referred to Twilight as a "Psychotic Situation." When didn't present at the 81st Annual Academy awards, speculations began to circulate that there was more to Kristen’s absence than met the eye.Sure enough, Billy Bush of Acces Hollywood approached Kristen's father John Stewart. He asked the TV producer why she wasn't presenting with Rob Pattinson and his answer was shocking. He said that Kristen would present at the Oscars, “When it’s a great movie, not just one that makes a lot of money.”
Larry Carroll of MTV wrote an article about this to hear the fans reactions on this issue. I have to say that they have really harch comments on this. Some are still defending her but they are powerless against the fans who feel disapppointed with the whole issue.

What's In Store For Robert Pattinson's Post-'Twilight' Future?
MTV has an article about Rob Pattinson and what's in store for him after presenting at the Oscars. He was branded by MTV as "The Newly Christened A-lister."
