According to EW.com, Dakota Fanning's reps have confirmed yesterday that she is in fact being offered the role of Jane, one of the Volturi guards with mental powers in New Moon. According to the reports, no deal has been made yet but Dakota Fanning and her reps are scheduled to meet New Moon director Chris Weitz and Summit Entertainment next week.
