According to E! Online, Rob and Kristen having dinner at Gjelina restaurant on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice California on December 16 before heading to the opening of A.Kinney Court Sunglasses.

While everyone seems so hell-bent on having Rob hook up with the likes of Katy Perry (just because they're photographed at an event, please), a source spills to us that Robsten was dining at Gjelina restaurant on Abbot Kinney before scoping out the fab A. Kinney Court opening next door.
Says our insider who attended the party:
"Robert and Kristen were eating next door and peaked in the window after their dinner as the party was wrapping up."
We all know that Robsten likes to keep a low profile, so showing up to an event opening together where Owen Wilson, Zach Galifianakis and Olivia Wilde also were in attendance totally isn't their scene.
But the concept fashion boutique and eyewear store totally suits Kristen's chiller style, so we know why they would take a pause to check it out. Atta girl, you tell your man to make some time for window shopping!
"Kristen was wearing an old white T-shirt with her hair in a ponytail," our eyes tell us. "Rob was wearing jeans, a tee and a dark coat.
"It looked like they were on a nice stroll through the neighborhood. They seemed really just into hanging together."
So did R & K opt for some PDA since not too many people were looking?
"They weren't holding hands, but were really sweet with each other."
We all know that R.Pattz's night didn't end there. He went out to celebrate his friend Shannon Woodward's birthday at Dimples karaoke bar alongside Katy Perry.
Rob showed up around 11:15, plenty of time to drop K.Stew off where she needed to be. The A. Kinney opening ended around 10. Sweet that R.Pattz wanted to spare his truer emotions from the waiting paps he knew would be documenting his every move later on.
A spokesperson for Gjelina declined to comment about Robsten's romantic meal saying, "We wouldn't be able to tell you about that."
A rep for Kristen also kept mum saying, "We don't have a comment, but thank you."

We are stubborn and possessive
It was in a hotel in Paris, during New Moon promotion, that Rob gave us this interview. Shy and always ready to crack a joke (but still being professional), the star doesn’t give the impression that let fame go to his head. But something changed: the actor that plays the vampire that makes every girl fell in love with in two seconds needs an agent controlling everything he says in interviews. But he still talked to TodaTeen about rumors, filming, future projects and more.
It’s insane outside the hotel…
Really? For some reason France always seems to respond to the movie earlier. I was surprised when I came here. But it’s always nice, it’s crazy. I remember the first time I stayed in this hotel, everyone that worked here would say “that never happened before” about the crowd standing outside. It’s definitely an honor.
You also filmed some scenes in Italy. Was it crazy like that there?
It was nice, “warmer” that Vancouver. It was like shooting a different movie. There were about 2000 extras and most of them were fans. They weren’t even being payed, just wanted to be part of the movie. There was a lot of expectation, especially when important scenes were filmed. Those days were fun.
How was it for you to work with Chris Weitz after working with Catherine?
Chris is a very nice guy. I like him a lot, since the day we met. He came on the set saying “I really liked the first movie, I like the cast. You guys understand the characters more than I do. And that’s how I want to work”. It was nice of him to say that. He was making a sequel so he didn’t want it to be any different from the first movie. Chris has this energy which is totally different from Catherine’s. She is wilder and she has this very unique way to see things. Like, the idea of falling in love with someone… it happens that way, just like that. And Chris is more rational. He understands love in different levels. Like, with love comes fear and doubt. And sometimes you can’t control your fear. And this thought was perfect for the movie he was directing.
It’s something more mature, right?
Exactly! I think everything is more complex. I think that first love is something totally inexplicable, so that’s why it was good when Catharine noticed that. You don’t have to analyze, it just happens.
You’re not as much in this movie as you were in the first one. Did it make your schedule a little less busy?
(laughs) It’s true. I wanted to change a lot of things in my acting. It was nice not to have that much pressure on me because I could change things I wanted to change when I was acting.
Like what?
Like the character’s appearance and a lot of little things regarding my acting. No one is pressuring me telling me to do this or that, and they tell me things like “you don’t have to do everything like you did in the first movie. It just have to be successful and not change much”. That’s why I had more fun filming New Moon.
You talked about your acting. How did you grow as an actor?
One of the things I never understood in Twilight was why I was still in school. When you are 108 years old, you would probably be doing anything, except high school. That fact made me confused when I was acting. But once you finally pull that off… And even in the first scenes when he’s still in school it’s because he wanted to be near Bella. It’s an obvious reason to be there: he wants to be with her. But when Edward leaves and wanders through the world, it’s easier to me to get what he’s thinking.
How are you dealing with success and rumors?
(Robert’s agent stops the interview and says “he’s not going to answer any personal question, thank you”)
I’m lucky to always be in movie sets. You stay isolated so those things become irrelevant. If you stay busy all year, any kind of rumor won’t last long, especially when you’re filming every day. Everyone knows what you’re doing. And you can’t go to parties because you need to wake up at 4am. I think things become more complicated when you’re not filming. But the next time I won’t be working will be in a year. It will take a while for rumors to affect me.
When do you start filming Breaking Dawn?
I finished Eclipse… (his agent stops the interview again and says that nothing is scheduled. The movie still didn’t get the green light by the studio. Rob looks at him surprised and says “but I’m telling everyone…”)
Were you surprised to see Taylor’s muscles when you first arrived at the set?
He was different! I should go to the gym.
If there was a fight between Edward and Jacob, who would win?
Edward would win. At least, according to what I read on the book
What movies have you committed to in 2010?
I’m doing a movie called Bel Ami in February, which is an adaptation of a Guy de Maupassant novel. And, I hope I’m doing a Western with Rachel Weisz and Hugh Jackman, called Unbound Captives, sometime around there as well.
Those characters are very from Edward Cullen… Do you and Edward have something in common?
We are both stubborn and possessive of some things
In the magazine they say his answer to the BD question was “I’m filming Eclipse…”. I think that was a mistake, that’s why I took the liberty of correcting it.

Of all the bands to come out of the 1970s Los Angeles music scene, The Runaways are by far the most uniquely fascinating. This is partially due to their music but more so to the fact that they were teenage girls whose wild and reckless lifestyle was the stuff of legend.
Focusing on the duo of guitarist/vocalist Joan Jett and lead vocalist Cherie Currie as they navigate a rocky road of touring and record-label woes, the film chronicles the band's formation as well as their meteoric rise under the malevolent eye of an abusive manager.
Acclaimed video artist Floria Sigismondi directs from her own script, and her luscious camerawork captures every sweaty detail—from the filthy trailer where the women practice to the mosh pits of Tokyo. What really makes the film cook are the sizzling performances by Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart. Not to be missed, The Runaways is an ode to an era and a groundbreaking band.

Well, at this point, the trend is pretty hard to miss - The Twilight Saga: New Moon has undeniably become a pop culture figurehead feature of the year 2009.
Apparently, in the viral video viewings department, New Moon sits in the lead of viral sensations of 2009 - mostly joined on the top ten list by popular musicians for their music videos.
Flanked by mega-hits like Beyonce's "Single Ladies," Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," and even Suan Boyle's Britain's Got Talent audition video, the New Moon trailer took its rightful place as the most viewed viral video of 2009 with 592,049,402 views, according to Music Week.
Others videos on the top ten list for the year are Michael Jackson's "Beat It," Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body," Lady Gaga's "Just Dance," Miley Cyrus' "The Climb," and Soulja Boy's "Crank Dat."
The very first New Moon teaser, issued back in early summer during the MTV Video Music Awards, was notoriously one that hit up the viral circuit with millions of views coming in by the day.
Over half a billion, though? That sounds an awful lot like the intake that the film has enjoyed on the worldwide market . . .

Summit drops charges against woman caught taping "New Moon"

Looks like Chris Weitz was able to defend the woman who was reportedly caught video taping "New Moon" because Summit dropped the charges against her.

As you probably know, the charges against 22-year-old Samanth Tumpach have been dropped for illegally videotaping “New Moon” at the Muvico Theater in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont.
She was charged with a felony, and could have faced up to three years behind bars.
Tumpach admitted that two snippets of film were caught on her camera, but said she wasn’t intentionally recording “New Moon.” Instead, she was filming her sister’s birthday.
Even director Chris Weitz was in her corner. He told the Chicago Sun-Times, “There is, needless to say, a difference between trying to protect copyright of a film and making an unfair example of someone who clearly seems not to have any intentions towards video piracy.”
Well now Summit has weighed in, too, and released the following statement:
“In regards to the situation with Samantha Tumpach, we applaud Muvico for upholding the zero tolerance policy on piracy when the incident occurred at their theater in Rosemont, IL. The pirating of films is a very serious issue and we all need to remain vigilant to protect the art of film and the myriad of businesses that the film industry supports. We believe that the attention that this incident has drawn, has served as a reminder to us all that any form of film piracy, or perceived piracy, will be treated with the utmost seriousness. Summit is pleased that all charges against Ms. Tumpach have been dropped and appreciate the efforts of the police and the prosecutors in this outcome.”

Looks like Rob and Kristen might walk the red carpet again sooner than we think. And this time it won't be for the premiere for their movies but for the Academy Awards. There are no official announcements yet, but the fans made sure that Academy Award producer, Adam Shankman is aware that we want them to attend the Oscars by responding to his Twitter question "Curious: what and who do [you] wanna see on the oscars? What would make [you] watch?"

Producer Adam Shankman recently asked his 48.885 Twitter followers who they would like to see at the Oscar ceremony, and the response overwhelmingly included Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
Adam Shankman asked, "Curious: what and who do [you] wanna see on the oscars? What would make [you] watch?" After reading the responses, he posted, "Wow! Big love for rob [Robert Pattinson] and Kristen [Stewart] and Zac [Efron] and Vanessa [Hudgens]! Interesting thing: the die hard fans of the show are anti [that] sort of thing."

A Chicago woman facing prison time for videotaping three minutes of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” has a new ally in her legal battle — the film’s director.
Veteran director Chris Weitz told the Sun-Times he’s dismayed about Samantha Tumpach’s arrest Nov. 28 at a Rosemont movie theater on a felony charge of illegally copying his new hit film, and he’s contacted the film’s studio about his concerns.
“Needless to say, the case seems to me terribly unfair and I would like to do what I can to address this,” Weitz wrote in an e-mail.
The 22-year-old Tumpach could receive a three-year prison term after being arrested on a rarely used felony charge intended to prevent movie patrons from secretly recording new movies with handheld cameras, then selling bootleg copies.
Tumpach, who spent two days in jail awaiting a bond hearing after her arrest, acknowledged there were a couple of short segments of the movie on her digital camera — though she contended she wasn’t trying to record the movie.
Instead, Tumpach told the Sun-Times last week that she was taping parts of her sister’s surprise 29th birthday party celebrated at the Muvico Theater — including her and other family members singing “Happy Birthday.”
The three minutes of footage she shot inside the theater, Tumpach said, also included film previews and ads, along with short segments of the film — and her talking about the camera and the movie.
“It was never my intention to record the movie,” Tumpach said. “You can hear me talking the whole time.”
Weitz questioned whether her arrest was justified.
“There is, needless to say, a difference between trying to protect the copyright of a film and making an unfair example of someone who clearly seems not to have any intentions towards video piracy,” Weitz wrote.
He said he had contacted the studio that released the film, Summit Entertainment, to express his concern about her arrest, but he acknowledged there’s probably little he can do to influence the outcome of her case.
“I am not sure what effect I would have on the case,” he wrote, noting “the film is, after all, not my property.”
Tumpach, who faces a court date Dec. 17, couldn’t be reached for comment. She said last week she considered the incident “a big thing over nothing.”
“We were just messing around,” she said. “Everyone is so surprised it got this far.”

The Rob-mania has even caused the young starlet to fear for our favorite vamp's safety!
At Comic Con "We were in small theaters, and there were no barriers. I was just thinking, they're feet away, and he's standing right next to me. This kid is going to lose an eye right next to me."
I'm not embarrassed to admit that should I see Rob Pattinson I will, without hesitation, start screaming hysterically. Sadly, I will morph into a twelve year old girl and will undoubtedly end up in jail on charges of disturbing the peace. I won't be able to help it- he's just so darn cute!

Looks like even Vanity Fair Italy is recycling their stories about Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Gossip Cop contacted Vanity Fair Italy to verify the story that they published about Rob Pattinson saying the he's single. Well VF Italy told Gossip Cop that those interviews were months old. They also said that its a compilation of different interviews of Rob in in New York, at Cannes, and in Rome during the Italian promotional tour.

An interview with Robert Pattinson in Italian Vanity Fair has created a huge stir on both sides of the Atlantic.
Hundreds of outlets have zeroed in on a portion of the interview in which Pattinson says, “I am single… almost everything that came out about my private life is false.”
RadarOnline.com highlights the line and declares that it “clears up a few misconceptions about his life and loves in an interview with the magazine,” specifically that it torpedoes rumors of a romance with Kristen Stewart.
So is this – at long last – the final word on Robsten?
Well, allow Gossip Cop to “clear up a few misconceptions” about the interview itself.
We reached out to the Milan offices of Conde Nast (Vanity Fair’s publisher) and asked about the nature of the Pattinson cover story.
The magazine told us the article is actually a compilation of separate interviews (conducted by the same writer) in New York, at Cannes, and in Rome during the Italian promotional leg for “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.” They stressed that it was “not a specific one-on-one,” but rather a “mix of meetings” and interviews.
Most importantly, when asked about the “I am single” line, Vanity Fair told Gossip Cop Pattinson gave that specific remark during the Cannes Film Festival.
Last May.
So sites trying to pass off the “newsy” tidbit as having anything to do with Pattinson’s relationship status are seven months off.
