Ashley Greene took the microphone away from MTV last night to congratulate 2008’s Woman of the Year - TWILIGHTERS!The 21-year-old Twilight vampiress stayed warm in her purple coat at the HFPA Salute to Young Hollywood party at Nobu restaurant in Los Angeles last night.
Ashley had this to say to the fans: “Congratulations to the Twilight fans for being named MTV’s 2008 Woman of the Year. You guys [Twilighters] definitely deserve it. You’ve been so amazing…just making Twilight a success and making it what it was at the box office and giving us a chance to make the second one. So thank you and congratulations!”
